Dream Interpretation

Some Dreams Stay With You

A private consultation for dreams that repeat, or that leave a feeling you cannot shake — read within African spiritual traditions and in the context of your own life.

Most dreams disappear within minutes of waking. A few do not. They return, or they stay vivid for years, or they leave an emotional residue that shapes an entire day.

People often search for meaning alone and find symbol dictionaries that assign one fixed answer to every image. Traditional interpretation works differently: the same image is read according to the dreamer, the feeling in the dream, its detail and what is happening in that person's life at the time.

In consultation you describe the dream in your own words. Questions follow, and then we discuss the traditional perspectives that speak to what you have described. Interpretation is offered as a way to reflect — not as objectively proven fact, and not as prediction.

Dreams People Most Often Ask About

  • Recurring dreams

A dream that returns, sometimes for years, often with small changes each time.

  • Water

Still water, flood, rain, the sea — read according to its state and the dreamer's position within it.

  • Snakes

Widely misread as simply negative; traditional readings are considerably more varied.

  • Money

Rarely read as a forecast of wealth; more often about value, obligation and exchange.

  • A former partner

One of the most common and most misinterpreted dreams people bring.

  • Relatives who have died

Approached with care and respect, and read in relation to the relationship itself.

What a dream consultation involves

Consultations are private, one-to-one and conducted by WhatsApp or phone from anywhere in the United States. Nothing is timed against you while you are describing a dream.

  1. The dream, in your words

You tell it as you remember it, including the parts that seem trivial or embarrassing. Order and detail both matter.

  2. Questions

About the feeling inside the dream, the feeling on waking, who was present, and what was happening in your life at the time.

  3. Traditional perspective

How the imagery you describe has been understood within African spiritual traditions, and where those readings differ.

  4. What it may be worth reflecting on

Not an instruction. A perspective you can sit with, accept in part, or set aside.

What you can expect

Interpretation, not prediction

A dream is not treated here as a forecast of events, dates or outcomes.

Context over symbol lists

The same image is read differently for different dreamers. You will not be given a dictionary answer.

Honesty where a dream is unclear

Some dreams do not yield a clear reading, and you will be told so rather than given invention.

No alarm

A frightening dream will not be turned into a warning that requires urgent payment to resolve.

What is not promised

Dream interpretation is a tradition of meaning, not a science of prediction. Nothing discussed is presented as established fact, and no dream is read as a guarantee that a particular event will or will not occur.

A consultation is not medical or psychological care. Recurring nightmares, sleep disturbance and distressing intrusive imagery deserve a clinician's attention, and a consultation will say so rather than offer itself as a substitute. Further detail is in our disclaimer.

Privacy and discretion

Dreams are intimate, and people often describe imagery they have never told anyone — including about relatives, former partners and their own fears. Nothing you share is published, quoted or used in marketing.

Consultations are one-to-one. If you would prefer to write the dream out rather than say it aloud, or to be contacted only at certain hours, say so and that is how it will be handled. See the privacy policy.

How it works

  1. 1 · Write it down

As soon as you can after waking, before the details fade.

  2. 2 · Reach out

Send a WhatsApp message or call. You can share the dream in writing first if that is easier.

  3. 3 · The consultation

A private conversation by WhatsApp or phone at a time that suits you.

  4. 4 · Afterwards

You keep the reflection. If the dream returns, you can bring it back.

How to Prepare

  1. Write the dream down as soon as you wake, before the day begins.
  2. Note the images in order, who was present, and where it took place.
  3. Record how you felt inside the dream, and how you felt on waking.
  4. Note anything happening in your life around that time.
