Protection & Boundaries

Spiritual Protection

A steady conversation about protection and boundaries, for people who feel exposed or drained and are tired of being frightened about it.

No fear tactics · No invented threats · No urgency pricing

What this consultation is

People sometimes describe feeling watched, exposed, or drained in ways they struggle to put into words — often after a conflict, a betrayal, or a period spent around someone whose presence took something out of them.

That experience deserves a hearing rather than alarm. The protection field is the part of this work most frequently exploited: a stranger declares that an attack is under way, and a fee follows. This consultation is deliberately the opposite of that.

We discuss traditional perspectives on protection and boundaries, what they are understood to mean, and grounded reflection on the situation you are actually in — including the people, places and habits involved.

Who this may be appropriate for

The common thread is unease that has persisted and has not been taken seriously.

  • A persistent sense of exposure

A feeling of being watched or unsettled that has stayed with you across weeks or months.

  • Someone drains you

A relative, colleague or acquaintance you leave feeling emptied by, without an obvious explanation.

  • You cannot hold a boundary

You know what you want to say, and something reliably prevents you from saying it.

  • You were told you are 'under attack'

Someone frightened you, possibly for money, and you would like a calmer second view.

What a consultation involves

The pace is deliberately slow, because fear makes poor conditions for decisions.

  1. What you are actually experiencing

Described in your words, with attention to when it began and where it is strongest.

  2. The ordinary explanations first

Sleep, stress, a specific relationship, a specific environment. These are considered honestly before anything else.

  3. Traditional perspective on protection

How protection and boundary are understood in African spiritual traditions, and what that framework suggests here.

  4. Practical boundaries

What you can change in how you handle particular people, places and hours of the day.

What you can expect

Nothing invented to alarm you

No threat will be described that was not already in what you told us.

No escalating fees

There is no urgent second stage that must be purchased tonight to keep you safe.

Your account taken seriously

Being told 'it is nothing' is its own dismissal. The experience is discussed as real to you.

Referral where it belongs

Where the right answer is a doctor, a therapist, or the police, that is said directly.

What is not promised

No protection is guaranteed. Traditional perspectives on protection are offered as reflection, not as a shield with a demonstrable effect, and nothing here is presented as scientifically established.

If you are in physical danger, being stalked, threatened or harassed, this consultation is not the right resource. Contact emergency services or a domestic and personal safety organisation. Persistent fear, intrusive thoughts or a sense of being watched can also have medical and psychological explanations that deserve professional assessment.

Further detail is set out in our disclaimer.

Privacy and discretion

Many people who consult about protection have been told they sound irrational, and now say very little about it. Nothing here is repeated, and the person you describe is never contacted.

Privacy and discretion are important to the consultation experience: what you share is treated with care and is never published or quoted in marketing. If you would prefer to be contacted only at certain hours, or only by message rather than by call, say so at the outset and that is how it will be handled. Our privacy policy sets out how information is handled in practice.

How information is handled is described in the privacy policy.

How it works

  1. 1 · Reach out

A brief message. You do not need to justify the feeling before you are heard.

  2. 2 · Arrange a time

A time when you can speak from somewhere you feel settled.

  3. 3 · The consultation

Your experience, ordinary explanations, traditional perspective and practical boundaries.

  4. 4 · Afterwards

You leave with a calmer account of your situation and a clearer sense of what to do next.
