Love & Relationship Guidance
A private conversation for people carrying a question about a relationship that is difficult to raise with friends, family or colleagues.
One-to-one · By WhatsApp or phone · Private & discreet
What this consultation is
Most people who reach out about a relationship are not looking for a verdict. They are holding several things at once — attachment, doubt, tiredness, hope — and have run out of places where all of it can be said aloud without being edited for the listener.
This consultation gives that whole picture an unhurried hearing. You describe the relationship as it actually is, rather than the version you give people who worry about you. From there we discuss traditional African spiritual perspectives on partnership, loyalty, timing and the patterns that repeat in a person's life, alongside plain reflection on what is genuinely within your influence.
It is a consultative conversation, not therapy, mediation or legal advice. It is also not a place where anyone will tell you what your partner is thinking as though it were established fact.
Who this may be appropriate for
People arrive at very different points. The consultation tends to be most useful when the question is real and current rather than hypothetical.
You cannot read the direction things are moving
The relationship is neither ending nor settling, and the uncertainty has begun to affect how you sleep, work and make plans.
The same argument keeps returning
Different words, same shape. You would like to understand why the pattern holds rather than manage it again.
There is distance you cannot explain
Nothing obvious happened, yet something changed, and no one has been able to give you a straight answer about it.
You are postponing a decision
Stay, leave, speak, wait. You have been circling it for months and want to think it through with someone who is not invested in the outcome.
What a consultation involves
There is no script. Typically the conversation moves through four stages, and it usually runs longer than people expect.
Your account, uninterrupted
You describe the situation in your own words and in your own order. Nothing is timed and nothing needs to be tidy.
Questions
Questions follow about history, timing, family involvement and what changed and when. These matter: the same circumstance is read differently depending on its context.
Traditional perspective
We then discuss what African spiritual traditions say about circumstances resembling yours — how attachment, obligation and inherited family patterns are understood.
Your own next step
The conversation closes on what is within your reach: what to observe, what to raise, what to leave alone for now.
What you can expect
Candour rather than comfort
If the honest reading of a situation is that little will change without something changing on your side, that is what will be said.
No pressure toward a decision
You will not be pushed to leave, stay or confront anyone. The purpose is clarity, not instruction.
Space for the parts you have not said
Many people mention the most important detail forty minutes in. There is room for that here.
No upselling
You will not be told that something urgent has been detected and that a further payment is required to address it.
What is not promised
No consultation can guarantee that a person will return, remain, change their behaviour or feel differently. Traditional spiritual guidance is offered as perspective for reflection — it is not a mechanism for controlling another adult's choices, and it is not presented as scientifically established fact.
Guidance here is not a substitute for couples therapy, counselling, medical care or legal advice, particularly where safety, custody or finances are involved. If a situation involves harm or the threat of harm, please contact the appropriate emergency or support services.
Further detail is set out in our disclaimer.
Privacy and discretion
Relationship questions are among the most sensitive people carry, and often the reason someone hesitates for months before reaching out. Consultations are one-to-one, and privacy and discretion are treated as part of the consultation itself.
Privacy and discretion are important to the consultation experience: what you share is treated with care and is never published or quoted in marketing. If you would prefer to be contacted only at certain hours, or only by message rather than by call, say so at the outset and that is how it will be handled. Our privacy policy sets out how information is handled in practice.
How information is handled is described in the privacy policy.
How it works
1 · Reach out
Send a brief WhatsApp message or call. A sentence or two about the situation is enough to begin.
2 · Arrange a time
A private time is agreed that suits your schedule and gives you somewhere you can speak freely.
3 · The consultation
You speak, questions follow, and traditional perspectives relevant to your circumstances are discussed.
4 · Afterwards
You leave with a clearer view of your own position. Follow-up is available if you want it, and never assumed.
A fuller description is on the how it works page.
